River Services
 "Where the River flows, everything lives."
River Service Meetings are held every Friday at 7pm in the Life Centre of Victory Christian Center. Child care, through age four is provided from 6:30 to 9pm.
What is a River Service?
In January of 1997, God began to pour out His Spirit at Victory Christian Center in a fresh & exciting way. Many people, including the senior pastors wife Pastor Kathie Thomas, began to announce that the "River of God" had come. Sensing that this outpouring was for the entire body of Christ & not to be kept within the church walls, weekly meetings began & people from all denominations & backgrounds packed the sanctuary, hungry for a fresh taste of God's presence. Because God has raised these meetings up, they are opened to anyone seeking to be refreshed & renewed in the presence of a loving God. Meetings are held every Friday at 7:00 pm at the LIFE Center of Victory Christian Center. (continued below...)

Johannes Amritzer
 Johannes Amritzer is an evangelist and together with his wife Maria, founder of Mission SOS. "A priest for those who don't go to church", who in his 15 years of ministry has seen thousands of people give their lives to Jesus.
People have been healed, baptized in the Holy Spirit, delivered from evil spirits and thousands have been baptized in water.

Who are River Services for?
People of all denominations & backgrounds are welcome to join us & no pressure is ever placed on attending other services at Victory Christian Center. Most meetings have over 30 different churches represented with visitors & guest speakers coming from as far as Hawaii, Great Britain, Australia, South Africa, & Europe. Child care for ages 0-4 is provided from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. A children's discipleship program is also held during a portion of the meeting time.
What happens at River Services?
Uplifting worship delivered in a contemporary style is followed by biblically sound preaching. Many times in these meetings several of the Spiritual gifts listed in 1 Corinthians 12-14 are in operation as the Spirit leads. Trained leaders assist in prayer at our alters & minister to those under the power of the Spirit.
