Pastors Rob & Mickey Cypher
 In 1980, God called Rob Cypher into the ministry at Living Word Church. Two years later, Mickey Cypher became his wife and worked along side him for the next 15 years working with the youth. In 1997, Rob became the Senior Pastor and Mickey an Associate Pastor in 2000. With the joining together of Living Word Church and Victory Christian Center in 2005 they both became the Campus Pastors of Victory Christian Center-New Wilmington Campus. It has been an exciting journey to watch the church move, stretch and grow at the Spirit’s leading. Mark 12:30 has been the heart cry of the Cyphers.
